Office Prescription Policy
When a chronic, ongoing medication needs to be refilled please call your pharmacy.
Your pharmacy will contact our office to process the refill if clinically indicated.
Please note, allow three (3) business days for all refills.
If a refill cannot wait three (3) business days there will be a charge of $20 for a same day refill, or $10 for a refill needed within two (2) busienss days.
Please be aware, prescriptions are not refilled on weekends as the proper staff is not available. If a prescription must be refilled on a weekend there is a $20 charge.
If there is a need to leave detailed information about a prescription refill, you may call the office and our reception staff can direct you to the Refill Line, which is checked throughout business days.
