988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline 988 is the three-digit dialing code connecting callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

Missed and Canceled Appointment Policy

For previoulsy scheduled appointments, every effort should be made to cancel these appointments within 24 hours.

For same day made appointments, every effort should be made to cancel these appointments within 3 hours.

Of course, mistakes happen on a families's end, and ours end as well.  Yet, for families that miss appointments, a fee may be charged, and after 3 missed appointments may be asked to leave our practice.

The fee for missed appointments is:  

$50 for a 15 minute appointment

$100 for a 30 minute appointment

$100 for a evening and weekend appointments
